The Bulgarian Music Association announces an open callfor Bulgarian bands to present their music in the club program of JazzAhead!2025. 

The event will take place from 24 to 26 April 2025 in Bremen, Germany, and the BMA will traditionally participate with a national stand to present its members who work in this genre and our national scene.

The invitation is aimed at Bulgarian bands and/or individual performers working in the field of jazz and improvisational music. An independent international jury will select one winner who will participate together with performers from Central and Eastern European countries in the special CLUBNIGHT selection dedicated to jazz music from the region.

Please, fill this application form until 16 of December in English and don’t miss the opportunity to show your music to the audience at the largest professional forum on the European jazz scene!

BMA will cover the travel and accommodation costs of the artists from the selected musical project.

JazzAhead! is an annual professional music event in the field of jazz since 2006, which is held in Bremen, Germany and includes a trade fair, conference and showcase festival with participants from Europe and overseas. The forum gathers and meets over 2000 professional participants, including artists, bookers, festivals, managers, labels, agencies, publishers, distributors, media and others.
