The Management Board of the Bulgarian Music Association /BMA/, pursuant to Art. 26 of the Non-Profit Legal Entities Act /NPOLA/ and Art. 21, para. 1, proposal one of the Association’s Statutes and pursuant to a decision of November 15, 2024 of the Management Board, convenes its members to an Electoral General Assembly on January 7, 2025 at 9:30 a.m. in Sofia, Federation of Scientific and Technical Unions, 108 Georgi S. Rakovski Str., Hall 4.

The meeting will be held under the following agenda:

1. Release from office and from responsibility for the activities of the members of the Management Board;
2. Election of regular and reserve members of the Management Board of the association;
3. Release from office and responsibility for the activities of the members of the Control Board;
4. Election of members of the Control Board of the association;
5. Miscellaneous.

In the absence of a quorum pursuant to Art. 27 of the Law on Non-Profit Organizations and Art. 22 of the Association’s Statute, the Assembly will be held on the same day at 10:30 a.m. at the same place and with the same agenda.
